First, save the nominee's resume on your computer's hard drive. Then click on the "Choose File" button and locate the resume on your computer to upload it.
Please provide a narrative supporting your nominee as well as his or her curriculum vita. The narrative should address the award criteria for the individual you are nominating. Please include specific examples of how the nominee meets the award criteria. DO NOT mention the name of the nominee, nor his or her place of employment in the narrative.
Save your nomination narrative as a Word document and click "Choose File" to find and upload it to the nomination form.
This section is not required, but can include letters of support or any other document that illustrates the nominee's contributions and achievements.
